What is HSTRY?
HSTRY allows users to create interactive, digital time-lines that can be easily shared online. Teachers can create timelines using pictures, videos, text, and gifs, and upload those timelines to their HSTRY class page. Students in your course can create their own timelines or collaboratively work on content shared by the teacher.
Microsoft has finally released a product to compete with Google Forms called... Microsoft Forms. Although the name is not completely original, Microsoft Forms does have some nice features that Google Forms does not include without additional add-ons.
What is Twitter?
As a teacher sitting in professional development meetings, I always wondered why most of our meetings involved teachers sitting and listening (sometimes ironically listening to how how we can increase engagement in the classroom). Other times the PD being provided did not pertain to my needs or skill level, which oftentimes meant I became disengaged in the meeting. It was then that I started to wonder why my PD was not as engaging and differentiated as my classroom was.
